You're going to try to get child support from someone who smokes crack...and that makes sense to you.

Why would you want to fraudulently seek child support from someone who is not the father of your child? Maybe you should go after the real father, assuming you have any idea who that is. I feel sorry for the child in this case. He/she has a real uphill climb in life with a pair of winners like you two (or three or more) for parents.

I would want to get as far from him as possible! Don't go after support and just hope he goes away forever. As long as he pays he has rights which could cause your child problems. What if he gets vindictive and wants custody? Do you want that? Just count yourself lucky and get him off the papers he signed.

Well i dont know why you would marry someone like that anyways but i dont think you can i think they will do a paternity test and know that its not his responsibility to pay for that child weather he signed it or not but i would go talk to an attorny.

Perhaps you should write to your congressman and tell him you would like a bill to force everybody to take a DRUG TEST before they get married.
