I have a good paying steady job with the best job security(i'm in the Military). im in debt but only because i have all these bills in different places and not enoughf money to pay for all of them, if i had a personal loan for about $5,000-$8,000 i would be more then ok. My problem is that my credit got really bad(horible) and i have tried just about everyplace online to find a loan, at this point im kind of desperite, i would pay an extremly high inteset rate just to get a loan. Any ideas can anyone help?

This is a warning to the public from the met, interpol and trading standards in the UK to avoid dealing with a company by the name of paypal, as we have received a number of compalints relating to fraudulent trading by this company, invloving the illegal and inapproriate freezings of its clients accounts, theft from clients, etc.

If you happen to be outside their offices one day and you see a member of their staff, please do not approacfh personally, although they are not considered likely to be armed or dangerous, but you may be alerting them to the fact we are investigating them. We are already aware and theres no need for any further action, other than not to use their services, as theres a real risk you could fall victim to them. Whilst it may be true that they do have happy clients who had no problems, there are others who are not in that fortunate position, its just a bit dodgy

my question was severly miss uderstood let me renstate it.
i did work on my personl time for a truck driver. and the driver paid with a com check witch is like a travelers check and the bank i have dose buissnes with my place of work and my place of work is pretty mutch the only one who deals with comcheks. iwent to my bank and deposited it in my account and then the next day my work called and told me to come in and talk so i did and the had called them and told them that i cashed a com check and how mutch it was for and im dealing with a buntch of **** i shouldent have had to. myquestion is is there a law agenst the bank telling my work this info.

I took out a personal loan 15 yrs. ago for about a $1000 that I blew off and never paid. Now I'm getting a notice from a collection agency that wants the money back plus another grand in interest. Is there a "statute of limitations" for loans or am I stuck for the whole thing?

The state I live in is Louisiana, and it is a community property state. What happens if you get married in another state just to avoid these laws, then go back to the CP state to avoid these laws, is this possible?
