Do you know your credit score??? A friend got a $300 card from JC Penny and one for $500 from HomeDepot having 620 as FICO score

If your credit is that bad then no department store will give you a card. They issue cards only to average to good credit. Sorry, pay your bills and collections and one day your credit will be good enough again.

try macy's. old navy/ gap will never approve any one
