u havent gotten a payment because there is no such thing as a mounth

Contact the gov't office which is supposed to be assisting you. KY is having major problems with distributing child support checks due to a using a new system, could be the same in your case. If you don't speak up, you're likely not to receive any back support either. You know the gov't wants as much money as they can get.
