Yes, any alimony, child support or court garnishment. Just because you are on disability doesn't mean that you have the right not to pay your bills.

Yes. My husband is disabled and the state of Missouri is taking out child support for a kid they say is his, even though there has never been a paternity test done. They can take anything - they're the government!!!

Yes it can be if they payed you the wrong amount but check it out thru www.gov.com under social security ...
