*this secret account esp. for our own (self) only...you know, for future reference or emergency that might happen very soon*... also, are you keeping it only for yourself or gonna entrust it with someone you trust most in time?*
*tell me your views about this, your serious answer is highly appreciated* thanks, good day to all!

A loans company is trying to ellicit an admission from me that I lied on my application so they can sidestep a dispute and just give me back the money I've paid for an insurance premium so that I don't take them to court. I don't know whether a verbal admnission is automatically going to get me a CIFAS mark or whether I have to sign something first. Either way, if it happens, is there any way to clear my name?

My husband has been in Iraq for the last yr &1/2 due home next mo. The town we live in only has a casino and many bars. I don't do the bar scene so needless to say I spent many nights at the casino. And I spent ALOT of his money. I have not told him. Eventually, yes I will honesty is very important to me, but my overriding concern is that I owe him this money and want it to be there when he comes home, he worked WAY too hard for it. Should I take out a personnal loan? I just want him to have his money back. I just wonder what the rate on a personnal loan is, but at the same time no matter what it is, that way i would definitly pay the money back because i would have to. A concern is that when he comes home, he doesnt have a vehicle and we will have to take out a loan to get one. I didn't spend everything, I did pay off all his debts, about $5000,and i did buy 8000 worth of savings bonds if i take out a secured loan against the bonds will that be a problem when he applies for a car loan

bought car from well-known dealership. gave 2 wk postdated check for down-payment($1000.00) signed all papers, shook all hands and went on to pursue my newly started small business. tens days later they leave message of congrads...& by the way they need 2 references/last pay stub, leave name & number of gentleman who I am to contact. When I call 3 days later he sounded kind of bewildered, put me on hold (for awhile),when he gets back he and says my credit was turned down. Told me that he was working again next day, he will investigate and get back to me next day...don't do anything till i hear from him. this was the 14th day of the month (my chk was dated the 15th) so I asked that my chk not be deposited until this is cleared up...he agreed-said he'd call back next day. Check bounced on 16th...he has yet to call back(one week has passed)...I use car in my new business...have put 2,000 miles already, paid for insurance.....WHAT DO I DO NOW?

I love my wife to death, but she continues to cause our bank account to be over drawn. I bet we pay 50-60 every month in overdrafts.

I have talked to her about it SEVERAL times and don't know where to turn anymore.

I am a stay at home dad and don't spend any money, but she goes to Sonic every day and get s her nails done and tans. She is wasting so much money I can't just sit by and let her do it anymore
