To cut a long story short, basically i need your help here because i have realised that my debt from 4 years ago has made me change to the stage i dont even have any outlook any more. Its all my fault and i put my hands up to it you know. I was really stupid in first year.

I have ignored even a court thing about debt and just ignored other letter. I seem to consider these things as junk mail even know im actually very aware they are very very serious.

Is there a central location i can goto and just say to a judge "Excuse me, I know this is wrong but i refuse to allow it to mentally offend me any longer. Ill never ever pay any of my debt and the concequences of that i accept." and then just let "it" happen.

What can i do to just say this to everyone as a whole? How can i stop this thing? What started as 300 pounds over my limit 4 years ago is now 8+ grand and as a person, i refuse, id rather die just now than pay it so i have no idea what my options are.

This company duped my husband into giving out sensitive information and now we are out several hundred dollars. They never actually got any money from us but since they tried several times, they caused us to owe over 350 dollars in nsf and other bank fees. Not to mention what they did to our credit with all the returned checks. Do not do business with this company. They are a scam and a ripoff. We never did receive any type of credit card from them but since we had declined their offer, we didn't know to look for one either. The only way that we even knew about the card was from searching them out on line. I just hope that what they say about paybacks being a something is true for them.

Does this affect his ability to get a Pell grant or other college assistance? I am not sure where to go from here. He graduated from HS last year at 19 yrs old and now works full time at Walmart. I am not sure whether to claim him on my taxes or not.I have been a single mom of 2 for 20 years. I am a RN and he could not support himself without my help. Will my income count on his college loan moneys etc..? .We live in rural america equivalent to being in the mts of Appalachia. Jr.College is 30 mi away. we have never gotten chld support to amount to anytning.

Especially something which is not a neccesity but a want or a luxary.

Is it when you have $$ in the bank? Is it when you have $$ in the bank that is not intended to pay bills?

I am just curious overall to see what you all think about it.

My husband and I are devastated financially. We were making it fine for several years, but in the last year, things are falling more and more behind, and NOW, I will not make any income while on maternity leave. I don't want to leave my baby with a stranger, but we can't make it on his meager income. HECK, we can't even make it on our combined income!!! I'm ready to walk away from everything and live in a tent!!! HELP!!! FYI: Credit counselling said one year ago that we just needed to make more money. That's easier said than done. And, we have sold most of our assets besides our house (that'll probably be next) Consolidation loans will not help, and creditors call daily. AT WIT'S END!!!
