i received a money order today from UPS....on the top left on the money order it says orlandi valuta money order...i received three of them....and on the top it saysINTEGRATED PAYMENT SYSTEMS INC. ISSUER Greenwood Village,
Colorado....is there a number i can call to see if any of these 3 checks are good or not or do i just have to take them to the bank....the person that sent the check wrote everthing with a pen on the check but the amount is typed but can somebody tell me what to do

Which do you perfer? In my area it seems Sams has lower prices and nicer employees and customers. Costco is pricier and most of the customers are rude. Just wondering what everyone else thinks......

Today's announcement that the pound sterling is at a 26 year high against the US$ (it is now well over $2 to the £) reminded me that, when I was a child, (many years ago, I am Very Old Person) the rule of thumb was always $3 to the pound. Do you think we'll get there again ?

I had a credit card debit from 1983. I filed bankruptcy in 1985 and included this in it. Now 25 years later I get a letter from a Midland Funding Collection Co saying I have to pay the debt or "else"....anyways, I called and told them the debt was discharged in bankruptcy procedings in 1985...Now I get a second letter stating that they have no record of the bankcruptcy and I need to have my attorney send them a copy. This is 25years old, and I can't even get any legal copies of anything to send them, as the archives only will allow access back to 1987. I tried calling them and was treated so rudley I couldn't even believe it......I wrote them and told them again to leave me alone.....what can or should I do, I am sick of them harrassing me....Isn't there some law or something that protects me from this???? Please help...Serious replys only people.....this is no joking matter.

My father in law and his 2 sons have been in a business together for 18 yrs - each year they split the profits of the business. This year because of problems getting along, they decided to redo the partnership. Bro in law quit coming to work(still got paid) and then after 3 months at a meeting to discuss the new partnership agreement and whether he would come back hesaid he had retained an attorney and demanded that he not be forced to work with his bro ever and that his bro not talk to him and that he have control of the business. My FIL and my husband left the meeting after voting him out of the partnership and now life is a mess. My father in law put all of the money into the business and we(bro and BIL) contributed labor but no capital. All of land and such are in FIL's name. We have been informed lawsuit papers are coming suing for a 3rd of the business, inlcuding land and such. What should I expect???? This is a poor synopsis of things but the best I can do.

There email is attempting to engage unsuspecting individuals in a money laundering scam. I received a job offer from Pomona Ltd. and it was sent to look like it came thru Monster, but it did not. Contacted Monster regarding this and the below message is what they sent to me. I hope this gets to everyone before they get scammed!!!

What exactly does it mean when you put a "stop order' on a check? The bank told me that the stop order lasts for six months. Does that mean the check could be cashed at the end of six months? Is there any way to extend a stop order beyond the six month period?

Why I mean is like ok say I own a chain of retail stores like Wal-Mart for example, now I have millions of stores all across the globe, naturally I am one person and cannot keep an eye on all the stores.
