I've been shopping for auto insurance quotes online, and I recently came across a site that listed very good prices and quotes. Well, before actually making a decision, I wanted to contact the customer service representatives for the company, in order to ask more questions that were not covered on the website. When I went to look up the number, I found it wasn't listed. Instead, they have a form where you fill out the information (along with your credit card number), and claim they will provide you with a customer service number, after you purchase the plan. I checked the rip off report, and other sites to see if anyone else had a problem with them, but I couldn't find any complaints lodged against them online. So i'm wondering, should I continue to try to research them online, and possibly find a number for them elsewhere, or just write it off as yet another scam? They had REALLY good prices....but I am well aware of the fact that some things are indeed too good to be true.
