Take how much she makes a month (i.e 5000) times it by 12 (for 12 months /year) divide by 52 (for 52 weeks per year) that is how much she makes per week...now take that and divivde by how many hours a week she works ( i.e 40)

First, you need to calculate the yearly salary, which would be 24 x the semi-monthly salary. Once you calculate that figure, divide that amount by 2,088 (total number of hours worked for a typical employee on a 40 hour workweek). That will give you the hourly rate.

For two days of work, then, you would multiply the hourly rate x 16 hours (again, presuming an 8 hour work day).

365 days per year. 52 weekends per year. 104 non-working days per year...therefore there are 261 working days (deduct in holidays if you give them).

26 paydays per year. If paid $X per payday, then 26 x $X = annual salary ($Y). Divide $Y / 261 days and you have the daily salary.
