We spend too much on war... and owe it out to everyone else. Therefore raising their dollar value against ours.

The more you give or owe of something, the less you have, and the more they gain. Even if it is in the form of IOU's.

We will never pay anyway, we can't. So what are their dollars really worth against IOU's that are no good?

It's all a big game of Monopoly. Boys and their toys...and it will all come crashing down when we declare bankruptcy.

1) Balance of trade deficit. Too many dollars going oversees.
2) Deficit spending untied to growth in domestic GNP / Productivity
3) High levels of consumer debt.
4) With appreciation of foreign currencies vis a vis $ American's investment in international funds grows.
