I called my police dept and they sent out a car only to say they were sorry to leave a note, there was no contact info anywhere at the business anyone know what I can do to get my money back?

If I am abroad, and I have through no fault of mine, have no access to my bank cards, credit cards or cheque book, although I have money in my bank account back home.

All facts are easy for the Bank to check out, and I have been a customer of my Bank for many years.. with a good account.

i) Can I have money transferred to a local bank - say for arguments sake - USA, or Spain, Germany etc?

ii) If so, what's the procedure, and how long would it take?

Does it matter if, at this time you do not have the Bank's details you want money transferred to?

What is the actual procedure - contact your local bank first, or go into the bank you want money transferred to and get them to do it?

alright, so i work for my dad. basicly we sell shaved ice funnel cakes and cotton candy (business plug not intended) anyway, basicly, i work for him most times. and i work about as hard as he does. the thing im asking is that, he will MAKE me work, and then what happens is, he will not pay me. he refuses to pay. the other question i have, is that, the shaved ice machine which i work, is extremely dangerous to work, the ice block will at times fly out and hit me in my goddamn face. now the question im asking, is , is this against the law? and could i use that against him?
PS: i am only 13, going to be 14 next week, but he has been having me work like this since i was 11.

I sold a phone on ebay 2 weeks ago, the priority mail tracking number shows it was returned to sender on march 13 cause the address was unknown, I have my return address on it, it is now the 23rd, I still havent gotten it back yet. My address was correct, does the USPS hold undeliverable mail for a bit before returning it? Please help me if you can, it is a $430 nextel, and I dont want to be out any money

Can I effectively earn interest from 2 interest bearing accounts I have at 2 different banks at the same time on the same money for several days while a check from one bank is deposited in the other but waiting to clear?

If not, which of the 2 banks pays me interest until the check clears?

Technically speaking, at which bank does my money legally reside after the check is deposited but before the funds become available at the target account?
