Brazilian currency is not much involved in transactions in India, better approach a money changer and seek practical rates in your location in India. If rates suits you, you may change them into INR.

What you have, is a Brazillian banknote that is obsolete and no longer legal tender. Cruzado was the former currency unit of Brazil from 1986 to 1989, and the country has since then changed its currency 4 times, from "cruzado" to "cruzado novo", to "cruzeiro", then to "cruzeiro real", and is now using "real". You can, however, sell it to a collector or to a numismatic hobby shop for around US$0.50(the numismatic/collector value) if its in crisp uncirculated condition. The cruzado banknotes were printed in big quantities and that, along with its low hobby market demand have been keeping its collector values low.
