why is it im allways getting mail threw the post from different companys saying iv wone thousands of pounds,but also they are asking for a shipping and handling fee of twenty pounds.

I ordered an item on hmv online, it's on 'special order' with the suppliers it should be here in time for christmas but they can't guarantee it. I phoned their customer services department it took 1/2 hour for them to answer the phone and they were totally useless when I spoke to them. Any more companies I should avoid?

When I lived abroad I was able to buy a small bottle of Coca-Cola for the equivalent of $0.35 but it didn't quite taste like Coca-Cola back home. Neither did the M & Ms I bought or some of the other products produced by American companies abroad. I also noticed that there was less packaging for other products like Orbit gum or Bounty candy bars. Do they cut costs by offering a modified product in certain foreign markets? Seems to me that they may do so to stay competitive there since many people wouldn't be able to afford it otherwise.

I want to sell a few things on ebay for a little extra money but i dont know how to do my shipping!? i've read the ebay help guides steps and blah blah but it only confuses me! do i need to literly take my items to the post office prior to putting them on ebay, so i would know my shipping price etc?? or do i just guesstimate the price of shipping? or do i just go buy the shipping boxes or envelopes? would i need to take my stuff inside the post office with me to get it weighed and stuf?? or what?! please help im soo confused!!
