Negotiation comes when conflict occuers between some friends or businnes man who deals wiht money or relation. It also comes with terroiest who plays with innocent lives. In simply, It is act of preventingto some one sychologicallytop not to do activity which cause harm to society and other who relates with them. Usually it done by talking and through money Common exampel "customer barginng with shop to reduce price or discount"

it means people agree on something after bargaining. like when you talk a car dealer down on the price of a car, you negotiated with him.

It means that whoever is arranging it will negotiate payment with the customer and discuss with you about your payment (otherwise known as "rip you off badly") :-)
