One of my friend has borrowed a large amount of cash from me about 6 months back and now he is trying to deceive me without paying that amount . I am facing lot of problems in money matters now a days and some how I able to get his Debit card(he is not aware of this) _PLEASE HELP ME IN THIS MATTER.

even if he owes you the money it is still illegal and you could get arrested for stealing his card and using it

Do not steal from your friend's account! This is illegal and he could get you in trouble.
The only thing you can do is to take your friend to small-claims court or something like that.
And maybe you should think twice before lending that much money to a friend in the future. I think it's often better to give money than lend money.

Just get him to court... have you ask him to sign anything for the loan?
Remark: Someone stole my cousin's credit card, since she was young and first bust, she got only 200hours community service order... Otherwise, she should be jailed.

It is illegal. Better you sue him and try to recover your money legal way.
If you misuse his Debit/Credit card, you will be sued and you cannot recover money from him.

Are you for real, NO WAY!!!!!!!!! JUST GET LEGAL ADVICE...otherwise you will be the one giving him more money if he sue's you for stealing his credit card...
