I ordered an item on hmv online, it's on 'special order' with the suppliers it should be here in time for christmas but they can't guarantee it. I phoned their customer services department it took 1/2 hour for them to answer the phone and they were totally useless when I spoke to them. Any more companies I should avoid?

Both orders should really have arrived but I am still waiting.

Do what I do; get your credit/debit card, sit down in front of the computer, spend 15 minutes on Amazon.co.uk and *poof*; Christmas shopping complete! :D
