check out your local community college(s) as a first step to see what course options are available. i went into retail mgt of a national chain outlet right out of college and interviewed with on-campus recruiters so you might want to check with local career placement offices as well. all in all, the folks you know in the business are going to be your best sources - see if they can recommend you or introduce you to others in the business. check out linkedin.com to grow your network online as well. good luck!
