I have two costumes I want to sell ( a pumpkin and bear ) that my two year old has worn before. He only wore them once (duh ) and they were kind of expensive. Will a second hand store give me a good deal or is EBay my best bet? Any personal experiences?

I started my handmade jewelry business back in march and I have a decent client base made up of my friends and some people that I have reached through the internet, but I love to make jewelry and I want my business to grow faster. I'm trying to find for each state the website that details future siting for energy plants/projects- I'm doing some forecasting research for my company, and while I can find the Energy Commissions for each state, I can't find the site that shows any upcoming projects.

I have about 25,000.00 dollars saved up should I wipe out my savings to give a really good down payment, or should I just give a smaller down payment and save the rest for emergencies...? I am not sure if i am going to lease or live there...i live at home but am sick of living at home i am 25, and have no privacy..If I stay at home though I can lease the home and save lots of money? What bank offers the most free features. I want a free checking account, where I don't need to maintain a minimum balance or have direct deposit. I want all ATM usage free, with not surcharge of other banks. Free checks for life would help, also I want zero fraud liability. I don't care in what state the bank is.
