this woman whats me to call this company to get it sent to my address she said that there is $24.5 million in the box. she give me all the details i called them and the asked me for my address to get the box delived to me. i freaked out and put the phone down. can this really happen. would i go to prison for this even if its her money.

I've always noticed that when the price of gas is $1.95 that it has the 9/10 at the end... therefore making it $1.95 9/10. What's the purpose? does that mean that the gas is really closer to $1.96.. like say $1.959? Did somebody juts intentionally ome up with this to try and screw over the American Public???

I was the first egyption marine engineering cadet in Maersk co. first of all the company refused to sponser my educatiuon which costed me almost 50 000$ .on my graduation i was awarded a scientefic award in the presence of the prime minester of egypt my reports as a cadet were very good (4 british cheef engineers
olso i served with captain nick cooper presdent of the maritime institute in the uk) and got a very good report ...by the time i finished my studies the the company was 100% egyptions i was hired for salary as low as 700 $ per mounth by the agency and no overtime!.., by the end of my contract i descided to leave as i cant live with this salary ... i spoke with the cheef engineer he told me the only way we well let you leave is if you resign .. so i did .. in tern they gave me back my resignition along with a very bad report that says i am not competent though i was on full charge of watch ..day on and day off with full charge of stand bys and day work.with no truble .help!

The Profit & Loss account will show you only one result either Profit or Loss at the end of the accounting period. But we will call it as "PROFIT & LOSS A/c" . Why don't we call it as "Profit Or Loss A/c" as it only shows profit or loss .

When the U.S. Currency was backed by gold, you knew there was something there supporting our monetary system. Now that American money is not backed by gold, how do we keep things balanced? How do we know money is worth anything besides just its weight in paper? What's to keep it from just collapsing? Thanks!

I had been paying steady for two years. I missed 4 payments due to other financial obligations. I had just moved to a new place and it took some time to get settled in, only to move again within 4 months. I received note that they were going to repo my truck in two weeks unless I payes $x,xxx. I came up with $200 less than what I owed them and called them a few days before doomsday. They said they needed the full amount and 3 days later, they took my truck, added another $500 for tow/repo fines, and told me that needed to be payed within so many days before they shipped my truck form TN to OH for auction. Now they want over $5k for the truck, and I'm left with nothing. What are my options in this matter?Bancruptcy? Thanks for any intelligent advice.

My wife owes 6000 in hospital bills. She has no job (personal reasons) so therefore no insurance. I recieve social security and we live off of very little. Sometimes not enough for food and gas throughout the month without help. Well the hospital recently turned the bill over to a debt collection agency. They called and talked to me because my wife wasnt there and said somethin if we dont make a difinitave payment plan or something it will end up in justice court or somesuch. What can they do we dont have money to pay anything? Cant take blood from a turnip. Should i just change the number and hope they dont call?

My understanding is that the cost of living is lower than the U.S., so I imagine rubies are worth less in India than the U.S. If that's the case, perhaps opportunities exist for small businesses to sell rubies.
