It depends on alot of factors. How large the home is. Where the home is located. What kind of heat it has. Does it has central air? How much water you use. You can ask the owners of the house you are looking at to give you the cost of utilities. Some of the time the Realtors will give you that info. It can vary widely. Anyone who could answer would be giving you only guesses for your situation.

You will have to talk to the realtor about the house. The utilities could be different in different areas. I don't own a house yet, so I'm not much help. But that would be the best thing to do!

Where do you live? Here in PA my water bill averages around 40 a month, electric and gas around 300 a month in the winter and 200 in the spring and summer.
