What you pay for is what you get. It's as simple as that.
Winner's for example has cheap 'brand' name cloths at discounted prices - they are discounted because they are last years stock, or they have a defect (one arm is longer than the other).
And what are you looking for? Electroncis, clothes, bedding, kitchen ware??
Anything and everything (except cleaning supplies and food) has broken or fallen apart from Walmart. It's a bunch of cheap CRAP.
