I work as a consultant in a process improvement capacity. I am filling in for a former co-worker on a job - he left for a much higher paying job- and I am dismayed that the amount of paperwork he has put in place that doesn't have (in my opinion) much to do with actually getting work done in an efficient and effective manner.
We have Quality Plan documents and Test Plan documents and Test Case documents, all very long, with overlapping details and items that don't fit the work at hand. They all look really professional and no one at the client company appears to be questioning what he did. This has been bugging me for weeks.

Hi.
Im trying to find an easy to read and understand book on options.
(eg puts and calls). The greeks, parody etc. I am reading natenburg at the moment and I get a bit lost. Can anyone recomend and easy or clearer book to read.

I received a notice from the post office that a local law firm has sent me a certified letter. I have no idea why they would send me a letter. I have not been in any car accidents, I do not owe anyone money, I have had no police issues recently. I called the law firm, and the office admin I talked to said they don't track and don't comment on certified letters sent.

Should I go get the certified letter? Would me signing for it create some kind of problem?

It's very mysterious.

for a 30yrs..but now i would like to apply for a equity loan for 20,000, but my scores are 578,545,512 would it be a good ideal to try for this equity now and refiance in 2007 ,were both will be paid off at the one , in which my score will be better, because a lot of thing will fall off in the beging of 2007. what you think , help

I just had a newborn she is 6wks and I have a 1yr old.I was looking for something that I could do @ home and something that I love and be @ home with my children.I just got my liscense and now I just need the kids.I reside in the atl.It shouldnt be that hard just dont know a good way to do it.Any good idea's?

I am trying to set up a raffel of a 1992 buick park avenue to generate start up money for a new business. I was thinking of placeing the car outside of my business ,, with a large red bow on top{ similar to cars displayed on tv during Christmas time as presents }

and offer raffel tickets of $200 for a drawing to take place during a benefit dinner.. winner does not have to be present to win.

is this feasible , and sensible ??

I started watching 3 kids (3, 2, and 1years old) I first started the rate at $20 a day for all 3 kids (the parents were struggling) Now the parents are getting assistance from the state to pay for the child care, the state will pay me $10.45 a day per kid per day. I will recieve payment once a month, but I also have to file taxes on this!!! Is it worth it??? Or should I put in my notice, if so how do I approach them on this subject??

Legrand 3" * 3" Trunking is being used at our site in cirencester in gloucestershire, so would idealy like to know suppliers in south west of england or suppliers in the rest of england that would delivery to there. Cannont use WF / Edmundson's or Newery & Eyre this product is needed very urgently as already on a week's dealy. Compamies would need's to offer credit account services as that is the way our cash flow works. Also need short lead times so companies that stock the product would be very good.

Had phone call am today. All parties, sols, GE Money & Link financial had meeting yesterday, told us today they are not willing to pay compensation, Hawkeye is self employed and has lost of a money, sorting this mess out. Experian & Equifax have told us they have removed default, but we dont know what will happen in the future when we apply for new mortgage etc. I am beginning to wonder was it all worth it, we are even more financially worse off and feel we have been ripped of by our solicitors, who didnt check that it had all been cancelled. Every professional has been negligent in some way or other, but to our cost not theirs. All we want is for someone to hold their hands up and say sorry we have done this to you, and for what we have done we will pay some compensation..
