The following tabulation gives earings per share figures for the Foust Company durining the preceeding 10 years. The firm's common stock, 7.8 million shares outstanding, is now (1/1/03) selling for $65 per share, and the expected dividend ar the end of the current year (2003) is 55 percent of the 2002 EPS. Because investors expect past trends to continue, g may be based on teh earnings growth rate. ( note that 9 years of growth are reflected in the data).

1993 $3.90
1994 4.21
1995 4.55
1996 4.91
1997 5.31

I opened a Roth IRA with Fidelity last week and deposited $1500. I signed up for the 2040 Fidelity Freedom Fund. I've been trying to find funds that have low minimum initial investments since I only have $1500, but they are all at least $2500. Currently, my deposit is sitting in the Fidelity Cash Reserves, which I don't think accumulates much, if any, interest. So, do I have to wait until I have $2500 in the account before I can trade mutual funds and stocks????

My doubt is, there are hundreds of vehicles moving in the high way. Some are faster, and some are slower. Some are bigger and some are smaller in size. There found no consistent speed among them too. Each one is moving in an unpredictable way in a given time. Each and every day, each one starts its journey in a peculiar way, dead slow, or rocket fast, in a zig zag movement.

In this situation, how come a spectator, can decide the TIME AND PLACE of a particular vehicle?
HERE I MEAN, THE STOCK ANALYST, HOW COME HE DECIDES A PARTICULAR STOCK, WILL GO UP OR COME DOWN IN A PRESCRIBED TIME WITH PARTICULAR PRICE, BY APPLYING SOME "STRANGE" RULES...IN INTRA DAY TRADING?
Kindly read my question word by word and say the answer in a straight way please!

Which listed new-tech battery manufacturers are good speculations?

Hi, I've looked at several battery company stocks, including the ones mentioned in the Tidalforce Goggle Group (forum), but don't like ABAT nor ELECTROVAYA.

The large Japanese companies like Panasonic are possibilities.

Anybody have comments on which battery company is likely to become a "Xerox" stock? (Xerox was said to have appreciated some 60,000 percent.)

Many strategies involve stocks that gap up or down from the previous day's close. Unfortunately, I cannot find a site that will show me these stocks. The only one I know of is the MSN money pre-set screens for gapping up and down, and most of the time those screens are too restrictive to yield any results. Thanks for your help.
