There is no quick and fast answer. Many questions are still left unanswered. When do you wish to take this money out? What is your tax bracket? What will this money be used for?etc. Any one who wishes to give you an answer without knowing your full situation, will be giving you information that may not fit you. You must develop a plan and stick to it. A financial adviser who works for a brokerage firm that is unbiased to any certain mutual fund is sufficient to help you develop a plan to invest your money. Beware of advisers who are pushing only their mutual funds, this could include bank advisers also. I leave you with this, managing money, is like managing your health you must seek help from a professional to be assured you are getting the best help possible. You would not ask your hairdresser to preform surgery on your heart.

The best and most secure investment for me is real estate. You may buy condotels (condominium hotels) which can earn income for you while the property appreciate in value. In our country, there is a villatel in Boracay, a very popular tourist spot where the villa units are for sale. The units can be leased back to the club and they will manage it as a hotel. You get 90% share of the profits of the hotel. You can also enjoy a 30-day free stay in your unit in a very popular tourist desitnation. Your payback period is around 6 years. Find a similar investment in your place.
