Where can I find up to the minute data on stocks gapping up or down?

Where can I find up to the minute data on stocks gapping up or down?

Many strategies involve stocks that gap up or down from the previous day's close. Unfortunately, I cannot find a site that will show me these stocks. The only one I know of is the MSN money pre-set screens for gapping up and down, and most of the time those screens are too restrictive to yield any results. Thanks for your help.
