When I drove past a BP yesterday, it was $3.09 for a gallon of gas! Just 30 years ago, that could almost get you a tank! Every other day, gas prices go up at least 5 cents! There has to be a way the average people (That's Us!) can lower these outrageous gas prices!

I have a mortgage and 3 lines of credit with them and have never had worse customer service in my life. The loans were all sold to Citi from other lenders so I am kind of stuck. Has anyone else had similar dealings?

Did you know that Wal-Mart uses many child labor sweatshops in foreign countries to make their goods? Or that here in the U.S., they discriminate against workers by not allowing them to unionize, and they don't respect employee rights such as break times, or general safety hazards.

Hi everyone, I'm currently doing a logistics assignment on Wal-Mart. I'm required to look for information on some of the supply chain problems and wat Wal-Mart does to overcome them. One of the areas is on Warehousing. Does anyone knows what kind of warehousing strategy is Wal-Mart using? does it use centralised large warehouse or many smaller warehouses(decentralised)? Hope I get a reply soon! Thanks in advance!

I heard once in a seminar that McDonalds doesn't sell onion rings in the US because doing so would create a shortage in the world supply of onions that would cause the price of onions to skyrocket.

Has anyone else heard this or have any references to this statement?
