I have been employed in Coca Cola Production for 2 years and have seen 5 coworkers resign and 1 abandon his job. I’ve witness unethical behavior by management, “finger-pointing”, long and uncompensated working hours, and the measly 2% annual salary increase.

I can vouch that Coca-Cola is not the worst place to work. Though I've never worked there, I'm sure I've worked in worse conditions. If you don't like the job - find a new place. I'm sure there are plenty of people who think your job is a cakewalk compared to theirs. The grass always appears greener on the other side.

I'm not even sure what their benefits package is, but for arguement's sake I'll consider it pretty cheap... anyway, they obviously have not had problems filling their positions or else they would have been forced to be more generous. Why spend more money on benefits when someone is willing to do the job for less expensive benefits?
