When payroll is handed out he sometimes states not to cash it until Saturday or later today because he is waiting on a check to cover it. Or else he doesn't say anything. Either way the bank either refuses to cash it or it bounces. This happens on a weekly basis. It has become a race to the bank on a first come basis in order to get your check cashed w/ whatever little funds are available. He employs 54 people. He not only does this w/ the employees but w/ his vendors , creditors etc., and our health insurance also. The employees are fed up and need some answers that I just cannot give them. Any suggestions?

Does anyone know where I can find/work as a freelance writer online? I am a full-time college student and don't have a full eight hours straight to devote to a regular job. Instead I have a few hours here and there and that's different hours depending on the day of the week because of my class schedule. I have been writing online articles for a few places, but the more places I can find the easier it is to make sure I have enough money to pay my bills. Has anyone else notcied that Wal-mart can have the same price on something for years, and then all of a sudden they up the prices, and put a 'was' price on it..like if something was .97 cents for years, they put a 'was' sticker on it that is like 1.19...how dumb is that?
