I read some of the other answers and agree that they might help. If you seek this information about LOCAL companies, there is a publication, I can't think of the name of it, that will almost surely be in your city or county library. This book has company name, contact information such as addresses and phone numbers, the names of the officers and boardmembers, information about how much money they make and how much and often, where the company spends its money.
Ask the librarian. This is the kind of research librarians LOVE to do. He/she will certainly know the name of the publication and can help you find the relevant information

Try to do a search with the city followed by .com. Example- dallas.com
Usually these sites will give you links to the major companies in the city with all the information you could want.
