Gee, I hope not. They did an autopsy. And, they're going to bury him. That would really be awful.

We've seen pictures of the dead Zarkahwi(sp?) and Saddam's sons to prove their deaths. I want to see ALL the proof - exactly how the body was identified, etc. Ken Lay deserves no respect or dignity in "death".
Remember, this guy had the finances to accomplish almost anything, and is the close personal friend of the former head of the CIA and the Bush dynasty.
Doing time was not in his plan and he probably did have plenty of leverage with people who could make his problem go away. He and his cronies are contemptuous of the people, of the courts, and of the law. Why not suspect a "special witness protection program"?
The media just writes down what they are told. Bushco manipulates the news like puppet-masters.
I think he's living out his days in Saudi Arabia or the UAE.

That and his wife benefits from his wrong doing. Why should she live well and many others suffer? How can she live with herself?

Nope. He's dead, gone and that's that. And for his survivors, good luck in the civil cases, you're going to need it!
