I have a mortgage and 3 lines of credit with them and have never had worse customer service in my life. The loans were all sold to Citi from other lenders so I am kind of stuck. Has anyone else had similar dealings?

Rock on! Yeah they lost my mortgage payment in APRIL and still haven't been able to find it! They keep sending me letters and calling me!!!

My sister and I both used to work for them. They are a horrible company to deal with! We were actually made to call customers who were late on payments or getting close to their payment dates and try to talk them into getting additional loans. They would actually say things like "Get em when their down" referring to customers. We left because we could not take the deceitful business practices.

I am not thrilled with any bank, especially big, impersonal banks, and their penchant for selling "books" of loans simply makes them more reprehensible.
(But I've had pretty good luck with the local credit union.)

Me! I have a credit card and it was at 18%. So I called and said I'm switching if you don't lower it. They lowered it to 12%.

you havve to see all charges for use/have their cards, for use the chasiers, for check yor balance etc, etc. etc...
