Worms. Flies legs get caught in your teeth.
You might be appaled to learn that you already eat both, if you eat food on a regular basis. Fruit juice always has some flies in it (parts to small to see), and cherries are chock full of wormy goodness. Because we are so "bothered" by pesticides, it is all but impossible to harvest any crop without including significant numbers of bugs and worms, so the FDA has "allowable limits" for all kinds of things!
