Just like the CD and DVD did away with tape, digital photography will surely do away with film in the not-too-distant future.

I had a storm door installed by the Lowes store in Murray Kentucky. I have contacted the store several times, the last with the Assostamt Manager last week who told me that he would look it up and would be back to me in a little while. It has now been one week and no contact from Lowes. How can I get my claim satisfied and the door installed correctly? The air comes in from arount the door, you can see daylight around the door so the storm door does little to keep the cold out.

Please reply to my request.

am doing some research about elearning and distant learning, and I need some references as a starting point to begin my research with, here are the main questions I need to answer:

-How many universities today world wide provide elearning technologies ?
-What are the SWOTs of elearning to these universities ?
-What are the demographics of the people mostly using elearning ?
-How do those universities market for their elearning courses ? And what are the costs in doing so ?
-What are the costs associated in establishing elearning services and courses ?
-Who are the prominent providers of these services today i.e universities and what is their market share ?
- How do these universities position themselves ?
- the pros and cons of elearning ?
- what is the business process chart of those services?
- what is the average price of such service ? will it be different between under-and postgraduate courses ?
- which are the countries mostly using elearning ?

I am 29 and barely remember the commercials...so I am guessing it has been 20 years or so. WalMarts demand for cheap products has forced manufacturers to send their jobs out of the country where labor costs are a fraction of what they are in the US. To compete, other retailers must also find product sources outside of the country, sending even more jobs abroad. A whole industry has exploded because of stuff being too cheap..storage buildings..its a "buy more crap we dont need just because its cheap" attitude and pay someone to keep our old stuff..insanity! Another industry has been eliminated, repair shops. Why have it fixed when a new one is cheap. I hear radio commercials about debt consultation services all day. IT ISN'T THE CREDIT CARD COMPANIES FAULT....ITS YOURS MR. 40K IN CREDIT CARD BILLS. Thanks to the bull crap advertisers throw at you all day...folks think they are entitled to the all the shiny new junk coming in from china everyday even if they cant afford it.

Today I heard one old man saying that since Sam Walton died his kids have ran Wal Mart into the ground.Yeah right! That's why they are the #1 retail chain in the US and probably the world. But I know there are alot of people who refuse to shop there. But you're not hurting Wal-Mart any.

I work at Walmart as a "stockman" (tricky title.. it tricked me and now I "stock" carts..) in NC. Recently they replaced the old carts with newer ones but there's a huge flaw in their design. There's a piece of plastic on the bottom that when two or more carts are pushed together the back wheels of all but the very last cart lift off the ground. Before with the old carts one stockman could operate the electric RC pusher and gather a huge number of carts with no problem but now these carts slide like a snake and the same number of carts need at least 2 or 3 people to control. We've all had near misses with these carts almost hitting cars. Unfortunately there aren't enough stockman at this store so we're forced to push all of the carts by hand limiting the number between 7-9 at a time (not to mention that we have to walk sideways with the carts just to prevent them from sliding down hill). Only one stockman closes each night. Is there anything I can do to get these carts replaced? Thanks

at my job all the managers got together and bought a popcorn machine . they thought it would improve moral. we are on lots of manditory overtime and its been 6 months.the employees about 400 peoplethink it is stupid, but it does taste good. we do not get bonuses and i made a joke that this year for christmas we are getting flavored seasonings for the popcorn as a bonus. a company crybaby turned me in. i was told by a manager i was spreading "rumors" and was in trouble. I asked what the rumor was and i was told it was confidential. I found out through the grapevine it was my joke. IS it legal to be accused of something and not told what it is, weather it is major or not?

I posted a parcel about 10-11 months ago using Royal Mail.

I can't remember if I used special delivery or normal recorded now because it was that long ago.

Anyway the parcel supposedly never arrived at its destination and after all this time I havent got the postage receipt anymore.

I was hoping that Royal Mail would have kept records but they are trying to say that I never sent the parcel because they havent got any records of it.

Has anyone else out there had any problems with Royal Mail similar to me?

Sensible answers only please guys this is quite serious

Thankyou
