This type of e mail has been doing the rounds from time to time since over two years. I believe Microsoft has denied the authenticity of the enticement made in this e mail. It seems to be a cruel joke or prank played by someone with a bad sense of humor. Just ignore the e mail and dont forward it to others. If possible, tell those who sent you the e mail to warn others.
There is no free lunch!

Its not true obviously. Check out the truth about those emails at snopes.com
They can verify many urban legends, and crap emails we get.
