I had trouble with my Dell laptop on Sept 11 and I called for assistance. They said my warrenty had expired that day. i found out a few days later that it was the last day but I was still covered. I wrote a letter asking for an explanation. Now they call me saying that I can't find proof that I called on September 11. That they first call I made was on Oct 1. My last choice is to ask the phone company for my phone records. They said that they can't give me my phone records without a lawyer. do i have any other options left?

big companys or any company for that matter will ignore you if they find out you dont have the money or good credit? I find it very rude and not very un-business like.

With people leaving corporate jobs in droves to start their own businesses, corporations cutting back on benefits, and the death of companies like Enron, what is your opinion about the future of American corporations? Do you think the "corporation" is alive and well and will continue to thrive, or do you foresee a new kind of business emerging? Do you think people are happier working for a large company, or for a small business? And do you think American corporations are at risk of losing their place in the global business community?

A lot to think about --

I look forward to your comments and insights.

My best,
Dr. Debra

I was told that if you incorporate in New Mexico, the officers of the company are not disclosed and can not be searched. Is this true? Can you incorporate a company and keep this information private?

In other words, if you posted a response to this question that perhaps wasn't what Leo/Yahoo wanted to hear, do you think they would pick out and remove non vulgar, appropriate responses, in the name of guideline violations!? Do you think they would do something kind of like Beijing does with Google, and let you see only what they deem appropriate according to their own personal bias? Discuss.

I and about 800 other people were hired to work at Dalimer-Chrysler as 2 year contract employees. Well, most of us havent even made it 6 months before we got laid off or fired. We have a lawyer and need to raise money so that we can afford the lawyer. Alot of peoples lives have been destroyed by this and some of us have came from the other side of the United States and/or quit our jobs that we had for 10 or more years. What we need to know is how do we get sponsorship to raise the money to sue them
