I was told that if you incorporate in New Mexico, the officers of the company are not disclosed and can not be searched. Is this true? Can you incorporate a company and keep this information private?

J.H Yes you can, and it does not matter where you incorporate as u can use "nominee directors" if you want to stay "incognito" so to speak.
