Where do places like PC World, Currys and Dixons get their stock from ie. computers electronics etc. Im starting a shop, would like to know. Any links appreciated or any advice.#

PC World buy vast quantities of stock direct from manufacturers and importers, in turn they can offer discounts to the customer and make a hefty profit in the process too.

Us poor mortals don't have the luxury of being able to afford to do that so we can't get the same prices as the big high street chains.

The manufacturer, they get them at a substantial discount, due to the bulk volume purchases, so unless you open a couple of hundred shops, don't expect the same kind of discount.
