Best Buy sold me a $25 gift card for itunes that doesn't work. I e-mailed apple and they said that the code on the card is valid and active. I know I am doing everything right when I redeem the card online but, it keeps on saying the code is invalid. Best Buy refuses to let me return the card and apple said there is nothing they can do. What do I do?

Who agrees that this organisation has become a corporate vulture exploiting the unfortunates who they recruit to sell it? It has changed drastically over the years in content and format, now hosting less cutting edge articles and much more advertising as well as so many cleverly aimed begging pleas for donations to affiliated "charitable" causes. In the North of England this regional edition was floated and sold off as several companies under the umbrella name of "The Big Life" company. In Liverpool this group has quietly purchased prime investment property in a highly equitable suburb around the city's south parklands. None of the vendors are accomodated at this establishment and even if indirectly some project exists there linked to homelessness, the property value is a massive gains venture. Yet still the much troubled vendors plea for customers in all weathers to push the domain product .Therefore clearly this organisation has conveniently lost its original focus.

When my father passed away, we found papers for a stock account with PNB Paribas Bank in Monaco. Our attorney wrote to ask if there was a balance, and no answer. I wrote to the President of the Bank and again no answer. Who can we contact to get a response. Even French lawyers will not respond when we ask for their service. It is five years now and I worry about statute of limitations. A bank as large as BNP Paribas does not respond, including its President. I even wrote to Prince Ranier and had no response. Please give me any advice you can. JC rompompe@yahoo.com

I admittedly purchased a Dell laptop using their financial service, thinking I was doing a credit purchase. Instead, when I asked to pay it off this week, I was informed it was a lease purchase & I'd have to pay the entire 48 months off, not just the balance owed. I don't have any original paperwork to argue the case, (they say they sent it) and have had the worst people to deal with......language and accent barriers, long times on hold, been hung up on, constantly re-routed to another person......just wondering about other's experiences and if there's any way to get out of the lease and just pay it off.
