Best Buy sold me a $25 gift card for itunes that doesn't work. I e-mailed apple and they said that the code on the card is valid and active. I know I am doing everything right when I redeem the card online but, it keeps on saying the code is invalid. Best Buy refuses to let me return the card and apple said there is nothing they can do. What do I do?

Call the store manager and ask for the name and phone number and or email address of the District Manager for that store. Write a letter explaining what has happened and appeal to them. Be sure to include the store location and refer to the store manager by name who you dealt with. Be nice about it. Have as many facts as possible (dates that you purchased, tried to return, date you spoke with sony etc) Just say to the district manager that the store manager was not helpful and did not give you any recourse of action and that that they have not been helpful and you just want what you paid for. The squeaky wheel always gets the grease - but remember not to get upset or inflamatory - remain calm no matter how pis*ed off you may get.
EDIT Also, the store manager who wronged you will get a "chop chop" from the District Manager and it will reflect poorly on his/her conduct and it will be addressed come review time!

Track down someone who uses iTunes and see if they can help you. It seems like it may be someting simple. Try to use it on another computer.
If Apple says it is valid, then why is Best Buy responsible?
And while I am not sure I would say those may be sold as non-returnable up front, because how would Best Buy know if they are used or not?
And sorry to burst your bubble, but that "I will never shop here again" does not work, a store manger hears that 20 times a day.

If you still have the receipt take it back to Best Buy talk to the store manager if he will not help you ask him for the telephone number of the District manager and work your way up the corporate ladder to the President of Best Buy and get a refund. The company that sold Best Buy the Card has a problem they need to fix it.

Honestly that is a true policy that Best Buy can't let you return it. If apple says that it is in fact active and valid then that is their fault not Best Buy's. They can't let you return it because it would be too easy for someone to buy a card, use it and then return it. Apple should be the one to credit you with your $25.

You could steal a $59.99 USD Sony Playstation 3 videogame.
Just wear some glasses and a hat and a beard and a wig and run as fast as you can as soon as the alarm goes off.
Plan wisely an escape route.
You could also download 50 songs for FREE from a public computer at your local public library.
You could also buy 20 shares of Best Buy for about $50.00 each and wait a few years until they are worth $100.00 each and you will have $1,000.00 more without breaking the law.
If deposit just $50.00 each week you will have enough in just a few weeks.
You can open your brokerage account at Scottrade.
If you need more detailed informacion about how to buy Best Buy just drop me a line.

say this. " i have had many probloms with this card and you have not been helpful. It does not work and i am either going to return it or get help and fix this from you. If this is a problom let me see your manager." and say the same to teh manager if they do not fix it. My dad does the same and it always works.
