I just discovered a company, they put one and a half million pounds in goods out the door a year and do not use a single computer for religious (Evangelical Christian) reasons.
Their delivery drivers can't even have radios in their vans. But they do use phones... Strange.
Does anyone know of similar or bigger companies that are like this.

My husband bought me a ring last Christmas and it is 10k gold and it bent out of round. I never had that happen to a ring before and I always get the harder gold because of durability. I have been trying for a month for Walmart to resolve this. They called the other day and said to take it up with my local store. My local store refused to do anything and this is why I emailed corporate. I have been in contact with them for a month and got nowhere. All I want is to have the loose stone tightened. I don't want money, I just want them to fix it. I won't take it to a jeweler because it will cost me more than the ring. I know their stuff is junk, but I really like this ring. Anyone ever have a problem with Walmart giving them the runaround and did you get the problem resolved???? I have saved all my correspondence from them and I am about to write corporate directly. Oh, and the ring is now out of warranty and I think they did that deliberately.

A trucking company that my brother works for is going through a slow period, and is trying to get rid of full-time (by turning them into part-time) employees. First of all, it is a non-union company, so everyone there must look out for themselves. Secondly, he would lose his benefits, and take a pay cut by taking a part-time position. Would it be possible to collect unemployment if he refuses to take a part-time position? He would rather make them pay him for doing nothing if he is going to lose his health benefits anyway.

I'm an Old Navy employee and I have to paint a wall in the breakroom of our store. And I wanted to see what other people thought, besides the other employees that I work with, about Old Navy as a store in general! So please....be honest and let me know what you truly think about Old Navy! Either through clothes, customer service.....ANYTHING?

I heard from someone that it is required that you put LLC after your business name for all documents. Is this true? If state laws apply, I live in Wisconsin.

Any law experts out there?

take over the inventory (if it is sold to me by this company) and given money from the accounts recieveables to start this new company, and take over the branding of these products? Then the old company could file bankruptcy and get out of some of it's debt. I don't own any of the old company so I would not be liable for any of it's debt. What do you think?

I have an interest free overdraft at Barclays. They have assured me of this for the past year! But every month when I use the overdraft they charge me ridiculous amounts. Every month I have to go back to Barclays and they say sorry and that they'll fix it and refund me.....
This is the 4th month in a row now...it's so annoying!!!!!!!!!!
How can I demand some kind of compensation!!??
