i am not good at math and this problem is giving me a headache...please help and explain how the process works...somebody?

There are 2.7 million shares.

Each share is worth 15 dollars.

multiply the amount of shares (2.7 million) by the value of each share (15) equals 40 million and 500.000 dollars.

I'd sell, if I were you.

you have got to be kidding me, not good at math? This isnt even algebra, its a simple multiplication problem.
