I like your guts, You're Hired: I pay a $1.00 a day plus 10% bonus against the weekly profit.
Also 25% bonus against the quarterly increase of profit with a 5% bonus against the annual profit.
Also 25% bonus against the annual increase payable in company stock warrant.

You generally have to be elected by the shareholders and board of trustees to be the CEO... Otherwise you're like the president of a private company. At least that's how I see it.
