My old provider, Company X, sold out to Company Y. I had signed a 2 year contract(7 months left in that). Company Y sucks, I would love to get out of it. Is my contract still legally binding- (as in, no way to get out of it) do I have to stick with Company Y still Sept.? I didn't sign it with them.. sold it with Company X!
Thanks.

I was wondering if I had a complaint about a store who do I contact or how do I file it? I've been going to same store forever, and then they changed managers and now it's an awful store, and all the great people that work there are gone. And the store is never clean. I would like to tell someone how great teh store was and what its like now.

Sir:
numerous times I have with other elders waited ten minutes and longer to be checked out. When I or others ask we get a snide response. What is the purpose of having 11 checkout stands and only keep 4 open..I understand profit margin and all that. but come on your products are made in china, you have a huge profit margin and if not, you can afford at least one more clerk at least for Fridays. This is absurd and disrespectful..
Please have some one clean the parking lot it looks like a dump.I am deeply embarrassed even more so now that I found out my parents are coming out from Illinois for my birthday in March.
Will I have to take them to Yuba county so that I won't feel frustrated and embarressedby going to the Oroville store. I was told that all walmart's are different..if so that explains why this one looks like a seond hand store. You should sneak in and check it out one day..you too would be embarrassed unless your only goal in life is to sell Chinese made breakable products.

I have an account at Bank of America and I deposited $200 in cash yesterday. Guess what. I only have access to $100 of it for 5 business days. Does that make any sense whatsoever?? It's CASH!! That's like going to Wal-Mart and paying for your merchandise and the cashier says, "Okay. Come back in five days and you can pick up your stuff."

I'm so fed up with Bank of America. They are the stupidest bank around. I've never had this problem anywhere else. I don't get it. Does anybody know what their deal is??

When company issue stocks, they try to raise capital to extent their business, apart from that, later, there's new money circulation independently in secondary market. The money collected getting bigger, and most less often diminished.
The point is, what this money in secondary market actually use for, when nobody couldn't use for anything, but just detained in secondary market for trading?
Correct me...

I remember going to these grocery stores a lot when I was a kid. Now they don't exist any more except in Canada. I used to run around the store when I was a kid. How come these stores aren't in the states any more?

I read an article about it and no where were specific examples cited where specific women (deserving ones that is) were discriminated against at any of the store locations.

When I first started reading it I thought they were talking about the top jobs in Wal-Mart’s corporate headquarters but it’s about check out girls and stock boys. Teenager jobs!

Are these jobs worth a class action lawsuit?

Is this suit about discrimination or about something else?

The suit weakly alleges that all of Wal-Mart’s females have been discriminated against meanly by the man employees. As if the Wal-Mart men have secret meetings plotting to screw the women out of a dime more an hour. The suit does not use specific examples but statistics.

What puzzle me are these female employees indicting Wal-Mart or the entire culture? Women traditionally are not as competitive and a lot of the times are happy reaching a certain point in a business and stay put. I am talking broadly here. You can’t get promoted if you don’t apply!

Men tend to be the reverse so naturally when you look at the big picture you will see more of them in top jobs than women. I would counter argue that the man jobs are also likely to have a higher turnover rate where as the females down below have more job security.

Also I shop at Wal-Mart all the time and I see lots of women in charge. The women outnumber the men by about 30 to 1.

I think this is just an attack on capitalism. What do you think? Should the judge have tossed this case?
