My old provider, Company X, sold out to Company Y. I had signed a 2 year contract(7 months left in that). Company Y sucks, I would love to get out of it. Is my contract still legally binding- (as in, no way to get out of it) do I have to stick with Company Y still Sept.? I didn't sign it with them.. sold it with Company X!
Thanks.

You can't get out of it. When they bought the company they also bought your contract. All major cell phone contracts allow this to happen.

I don't know, but whatever you do, don't switch to T-Mobile cause they suck!
