I was wondering if I had a complaint about a store who do I contact or how do I file it? I've been going to same store forever, and then they changed managers and now it's an awful store, and all the great people that work there are gone. And the store is never clean. I would like to tell someone how great teh store was and what its like now.

I'm sorry but when I've been going to a store for years and then they get a new manager and all of a sudden, the store is dirty and when I make a special order and the new manager does it and then it never shows up or even shows I placed an order, I think there is a problem. And I don't live in a big area that has a ton of the same type of store, so unless I plan to drive at least an hour I have only one option. I have worked in retail, but these people are getting paid to do a job, and they're not doing it. Now you tell me, if your order was lost would just go "oh well not a big deal" when it was a present? would you just say oh yeah that extra hour there and back to go to another store is fine? All because someone can't do their job, I mean come on. If the person before could do good for so long then how come this person can't?

If they weren't making money with the new mgr they wouldn't keep him. Stores want turn over, that way you never have to give raises. As far as how the store looks, I am sure management goes into the store too. Why are they satisfied and you aren't?
For that matter is this any of your business The senior management, as well as the new store manager have responsibility only to their bosses and the stockholders. For you, if you don't like the way the store is, and if you are right other people would feel that way too. If all of you who are dissatisfied you should spend your money at some other store. I am sure if the store looses money they will replace the manager again.

It won't do any good. Books a Million is a terrible outfit. I refuse to EVER deal with them again. Be careful dealing with them!
