My worst customer experience was about three years ago when I tried to help my father cancel his America Online service. I was transferred to the "cancellation department" and I had to wait on hold for over 15 minutes, finally when it seemed someone was going to pick up, the line would drop, and I had to do it all over again... Needless to say after 20 calls and speaking to over 10 different reps and supervisors I had to write a letter to AO cooperate office and threaten law suit. After about 6 months, I finally got service disconnected and compensated, but talk about a f$*$* nightmear.

Having just told Royal mail that the postman ran off with my parcel I have just experienced the worst customer service ever.
My politeness was met with an obstinate defiance.
Royal Mail are at number one for the worst.
Carphone warehouse a close second.
Barclay card number three.

Can anyone else back me up here or do you have your own list

my account was hijacked, which ebay told me about before i noticed, a number of false items were listed. which they removed as they knew it had been hijacked, but now they have suspended my account and are demanding i pey the listing fees for these items. they knew they were fradulent in the first place. every email i sent i just get the same automated response back, even when asking for the complains procedure.
Also do they have a governing body in the UK like OFCOM for phones?

A Canadian documentary assets that modern corporations behave in a manner similar to psychopaths. The argument is as follows: "The corporation, the film points out, ignores any social and legal standards to get its way, and does not suffer from guilt while mimicking the human qualities of empathy, caring and altruism.

A person with those character traits would be categorized as a psychopath, based on diagnostic criteria from the World Health Organization (WHO), points out the film."

If I were in a partnership and my partner died wouldn't that mean I get first dibs on the other half of the business? One wouldn't just automatically get the remaining 1/2, right?

Ok well I received this letter saying that I won some winnings from Global Vision Lottery Corporation. I noticed two mistakes...1st sentence... In other to process your claim there will be a tax charges. Instead of saying in order they said other and instead of saying charge they put charges. 2nd Sentence...Finally all winning must be claimed within five (15) days of this notice. Instead of writting winnings & fifteen days they wrote winning & five days, + (15). They send me a check from Grainger company of 4,950. and they also told me there is no out of pocket expenses. I just need to deposit the check & when it clears to give them 2,950 which is half and its for the taxes to get 115,000.00 in return. I called them up and they sound like fraud but I deposit the check & the check is pending to be cleared. Should I withdrawl the $$$ & keep it all if the check clears? Would I get in trouble if I take out the $ after it clears and then they try to cancel the check? What should I do? Help!
