1. Reducing the cost of the products by optimum utilization of the resources (man, money, materials, facilities, opportunities, etc.).
2. Retaining the staff by various incentives so that the staffs give the best outputs by feeling ownership and commitment to the organization.
3. Excellent marketing of the products with maximum customer satisfaction.
Negative secrets:
1. Reducing the cost of the products by paying less to the staff and minimizing other facilities.
2. Bribing the concerned government and other co-related organizations and competitor organization for paying less tax, not following some statutory rules, getting secret information of other competitor companies and pushing them out of the competition race.
3. Cheating the customers by frequent changes in the get ups of the products and increasing the price in the name of something new in the new products.
