Well this promotion began with dominoes in India...i am surely not sure bout the place outside India...but dominoes have always been a pioneer in bringing innovations..so did pizza corner and hut....

Domino's started that... but no longer do it due to accident rates going up. I think its even illegal in Cali, for them to advertise it.
