I'm asking this question because I don't know anything better. I'm not trying to suggest anything or have any intensions other than I'm trying to learn because I'm stupid.

Anyway, everytime I watch tv, look @ billboards, or read magazine & newspaper, 3 out of 5 times, a white lady and a black guy are always paired together. If there are 2 white ladies, it's mostly likely the blonde (or with blonde highlights) would be paired up with a black guy. I want to understand the meaning behind it & why advertisers and producers feel it has to be that way. Ex. are TV commericals, news, extras for a shows, ads from Sears, JcPenny, etc..
The other question is how come asian guys are not included in TV?

I have always suscribed directly with the magazine U.S. News and World Report and never through a third party distributor, and my phone number has been on the national "Do Not Call" list ever since it began. Recently a third party distributor with whom I have had no previous business dealings called me and pretended to represent U.S. News and World Report in the hopes of getting me to renew my subscription through them rather than through the magazine directly (as I have always done and prefer to keep doing).
Isn't this a clear violation of the "Do Not Call" law since I have had no previous business dealings with this company?

Okay I am the new marketing director for a condom manufacturer here in the USA and need your input. For guys and gals what do you look for when you’re buying condoms, like packaging, price, funny sayings on package, very soft porn?

eg.:sometiomes you do not have so many things to buy so you'd take your closest small stores bocoz in large stores you've to walk a long way to the cashier coz its too large in area and you've to stand in a long queue .all this will cost more time than going to a small store.

Everytime I come up with something new for my small business and start to promote with it I'll see my competitors using the same ideas a couple of months later. How can I let my clients know I was the one who originated all of the great ads, layouts and catch phrases? Also, how can I stop my competition from stealing from me? I already made my website generic (which I really didn't want to) and I try to pre-qualify my clients, but for some reason the competition still ends up using my work.
